School

Meals

Our school meals are cooked on site by Aspens.

Aspens Catering provide schools lunches from our on-site kitchen.  All lunches (free or paid) must be pre ordered via the Parent Portal.

Children in the Foundation Stage (Year R) and Key Stage 1 (Years 1 and 2)  are entitled to have a free lunch – this is called ‘Universal Free School Meals’. If parents of children in these year groups are in receipt of certain benefits (see link on right) please let the school office know, as this will provide the school with extra Pupil Premium funding.

Children in Key Stage 2 (Years 3, 4, 5 and 6) ARE NOT entitled to ‘Universal Free School meals’. Parents may choose to pay £2.50 a day for their child to have either a hot lunch (meat or vegetarian), pasta, jacket potato or ‘pick and mix’ packed lunch option.

To order a meal please visit Arbor Parent Portal

It is really important to let us know of any dietary requirements or allergies – the kitchen can accommodate most special diets.

If a child is going to be late to school e.g. up late or dentist appointment etc please let the office know by 9am if they require a school meal.

All children in Years R, 1 and 2 are entitled to ‘Universal Free School meals’, but if you are in receipt of benefits please still apply to Norfolk County Council, as this means that the school receives extra funding called ‘Pupil Premium Funding’. The application form can also be found below.
